Conducting explanatory work on anti-corruption requirements

On December 24, 2024, the National Scientific and Practical Center for Physical Culture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted explanatory work on compliance with anti-corruption requirements.

At this event, it was explained about the procedure for notifying an employer of a personal interest that entails or may lead to a conflict of interest in the performance of official duties by employees holding certain positions based on an employment contract and employees' responsibility for non-compliance with the conflict of interest provision, a review of typical cases of conflict of interest and an analysis of possible ways to resolve conflicts of interest.

An explanation was also provided on the timely adoption of measures on violations of legislation in the field of public procurement (in terms of unfair participants in public procurement).
In addition, the RSE "National Center for Scientific and Practical Physical Culture" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced compliance with the requirements of the regulation, the standard, as well as the rules of the anti-corruption policy.
